Galactic Gravity ~ 18 April 2007

During the past couple of days the Sun, the largest and thus the most gravitationally intense body with which we contend astrologically, transited a collection of five known black holes in Aries ranging from 27 Aries 25 to 27 Aries 48. Today and tomorrow the Sun crosses two anomalistic pulsars, one of an extremely long period of spin and the other known to possess glitches in its rotational period. Add to this the prevailing retrograde passage of Jupiter over a pile up of black holes in Sagittarius, and we all get to contend with time-warping, space-dilating, speed-bumping, consciousness-provoking influences.

Here in the United States the country struggles to deal with the most violent shooting in our history. It’s difficult to keep this in perspective globally given runaway starvation, pogroms in countries we’d like to ignore and the mounting tally of casualties in Iraq. Somehow in all of these events and the planetary influences and galactic connections coinciding, we’ll walk away with some sort of shift in consciousness. For the sake of simplicity and to keep controversy out of this GT, let’s consider the personal implications only.

The black holes in late Aries combine to stir the fires of a passionate inner spirit, full of brightness, vitality, enthusiasm and clarity of self. The singularities inspire a clear sense of inner resources, the need to maintain oneself as the ultimate point of reference and to be true to one’s nature and needs up to the point where that nature and those needs do not infringe upon the soulful selfness of another. To offer a bit more insight, consider the paradoxical axioms I’ve compiled for those specific black holes:

To boot, these Aries connections refuse to emulate anything mediocre. They aspire for excellence and fearless pursuit of that which fills the spirit.

About a third of the sky away, Jupiter powers over potent Sagittarian singularities seeking to apply wisdom, insight and truthfulness in all ways. Notably, one of these black holes bears the theme, “walk the talk” or keep commentary to oneself. But an interesting question arises here: If one alleges to prescribe to a doctrine that cannot be upheld, what should change? The doctrine or the action? The higher side implication of this contact assures that if one follows the truthfulness of one’s nature and conducts acts that reflect the spirit in a good way, the doctrine organically unfolds.

The other hugely potent black hole in the Sag mix asks that one speak from authority. When you know something to be true, enact it in life. With each step of action the resulting experiences compile into a collection of insight known as wisdom. Here, the encouragement is to speak from the knowledge of experience that resonates through every cell of the being. Theoretical speculations fail to hold sufficient resonance to capture the attention of would be listeners. Can one speak authoritatively from experiences never held? Where one is an authority, the galactic inspiration encourages sharing all wisdom for what it is.

Given the need for full and insightful expression, perhaps the final touch message of the time comes from the solar contact with the two anomalistic pulsars late in Aries. The pulsar sporting an unusually long period supports pause and deliberation just long enough to ensure that one’s body, mind and speech have locked into the consciousness underscoring the spirit. It remains important to communicate and express in delicate time and hopefully without feeling as if one must tap dance on egg shells and break none of them. This short pause allows clarity to prevail. Finally, the glitch pulsar offers the insight to speak and act consistently and in accord with the precepts to which one prescribes. Pardon those psychic hiccups. May a world of soulful people prevail.
