Do you see a "?" in the e-mail name box and it won't allow you to type anything?
Right click your mouse. Click refresh and try again. Should that not work...
Make sure you are accessing the site using Internet Explorer (especially important for AOL and Earthlink users). Refresh the entire site, by holding down Ctrl and clicking refresh (4th icon from left at top of IE, looks like two green arrows wanting to be the sign of Cancer.
Not receiving a comfirmation e-mail?
Check your spam folder. AOL, Hotmail and Webtv in particular have been ditching the e-mail to this bin. The e-mail comes from http://app.quicksizzle.com. In there you will see a link asking you to confirm. If you click on it, you'll receive an instant confirmation.
Come on now, make this easier. I can't see the link.
That's because your e-mail settings block you from automatically seeing links and images. You must change your e-mail settings to allow this for this one e-mail
AOL Users: At the top of the e-mail in the e-mail information section, you should see a link allowing you to access the link in this e-mail. Please click that. It does NOT affect your other settings.
