The Top Is Spinning ~ December 27, 2006

Next week, there’ll be a link in 2007's first Galactic Times to yet another column that explores each sign in matters of business and relationship, offering a resolution for the year, changes to keep in mind, area of life to structure, and a mantra to memorize. Yeah, all that.

So now back to now. Holiday cheer notwithstanding, did you feel the pulsing? Over the past several days the Sun crossed the galactic center, an array of black holes in the rich Sagittarius spiral arm of our galaxy, the “go off on a tangent”solar apex and the fastest spinning pulsar known. Mercury follows the Sun’s lead over the next several days applying a layer of mental stimulation to the soul-searching urges of the past week or so. If that’s not enough, the Sun now heads to the pulsar possessing the shortest binary period known, 11.4 minutes. The headlines of the world bear this out: Ethiopia attacked Somalia on Christmas Eve - that was brilliant. The U.S. sent aircraft carriers to put pressure on Iran. A huge earthquake in Taiwan threatened the Phillippines with a tsunami for a while. Japanese scientists photographed a giant squid. On more upbeat notes, Nepal’s “Buddha Boy” was sighted after disappearing on a walk about of ten months and baseball pitcher Randy Johnson is on the shopping block. We in Arizona hope he returns but the rest of the world could give two hoots probably. All the news spins our heads and the ongoing onslaught of galactic emanations swoon over our psyches like a tsunami hoping to raise (not raze) consciousness. Are you finding it hard to sort out, especially in the extra thick intensity (as reported by many) of this year’s waning days? Let’s give it a go anyway.

The Sun’s recent endeavors sought to bring about huge new insights and aspirations. Should some improbable concept and unlikely to manifest inspiration have entered your mind of late, listen up. That was the Universe - or at least our galaxy’s core - summoning and requesting your attention to activities to put on your plate to change the nature of things. While it might feel daunting, consider this a request an offer you can’t refuse.

If you’ve paid attention to the past three days, a new system or organizing life attempted to sneak by your resistance to the task loading. If you manage energy, not activity, you’ll complete goals faster. By all pulsar pulsating promises it’ll all happen at least a third faster. When doing those big, life changing, world saving, Universe restoring ideas of yours, do your best to schedule life so you can hit those tasks with energy prime and plump and for only as long as your attention remains alert.

Keep a sense of humor. Some of the stuff is really funny if you can restore the big picture perspective. Irony is good and humor that points out life’s absurdity has no need to spin in deprecating or demeaning circles.

Be bold enough to articulate ideas that deviate from the norm. Not every idea held by consensus reality fits the cosmic structure’s ideal template. Some of those claiming divine inspiration might not be divinely guided. No judgment implied. Instead of putting on sheep’s clothing and following the flock, restore the original thinking allegedly common in the lost land of Lemuria - act like no lemur or lemming. Come up with new, progressive ideas that work. When innovative ideas work, resistance fades in the face of simplifying life. It’s refreshing really.

Remember to apply the 11.4 minute pulse activated by the Sun between now and New Year’s - Gregorian New Year that is. When your sensibilities become challenged to rise to the next valence level of illumination, excuse yourself from the mundane for a ten minute break with a ten percent margin of error. Sit back and feel the energy. Approach it like you would the anticipation of the forthcoming g-force like when your roller coaster car crests the highest rise in the tracks. From there it’s a downhill run of momentum, energy and applied inspiration.

Also remember it’s Pluto time to the core of our Galactic Center. A year from now, we’ll be dealing with Jupiter there, too, supercharging every point in this column. At that time, humanity faces a potent challenge of getting it right - that is, getting it galactically right. Those pulsing persons now snap out the cadence for a stumbling planet. Somebody’s got to take the lead. Might as well listen to find out where you need to be on the curve of the tracks.

I’d like to wish you all a great start to the next calendar year, regardless of how your culture measures time. Regardless of the counting of days, this time is rich in the energy of clarity. May we all prosper in the illumination and pulsations of these days.

As a reminder, I’ve decided to add yet another bonus for all those who want to delve deeper into the mysteries of the Universe. I’ve added the e-book, The Sun at the Center - A Primer of Heliocentric Astrology to the Galactic Trilogy CD package. I’ve also decided to extend the Free Galactic Report with the Galactic Trilogy CD purchase through January 3rd, only eight more days, the date of Earth’s perihelion. Feel free to explore all the other goodies in my website’s store while you’re at it.
