Gathering ~ 23 Dec 2005

As we approach the variety of holidays to celebrate Chanukah, Christmas, Kwanza, Solstice and Syxvtpkzz (Arcturian holiday celebrating the brightness of the Galactic Center as seen by the seasonal angle) and whatever, Universal influences guide us back to the messages that the holiday season suggests. There’s a bit of kick back and repose implied in solstice energy as well as images of light, brightness and gathering together in good will and cheer. Certainly the Sun does its part. As this e-mail enters cyberspace the Sun now stands aligned with the Solar Apex. This point, while technical in astronomical definition, reminds us of the merits of mirth. Good laughter and being able to overcome the urges of taking oneself too serious follows this track. Shed light on all irony in life. Yuk it up. Have fun and good humor.

Venus and Chiron align now, and tomorrow Venus retrogrades. We have a preview of coming attractions of what Venus brings once we’re fully involved in the year. For each person the message of taking care of what ails you, getting regular body maintenance treatments and gathering with folks of similar mind for support, discussion and reenforcement, comes into crisp focus. The energy of like mindedness does not imply segregating conversations that exclude others with different views. On the contrary, this gathering allows for clarification of views and expanding beliefs so that all perspectives come together. A short while ago while driving on Loop 101 (as in the primer, building block courses) I had a car pass me by. This vehicle moving along at something just less that the speed of light sported a bumper sticker that read, “God is too big for one religion.” That’s the ticket. There’s a place for all views and it varies by geography, culture, climate and the visions of the elders of that region. Let’s take notes from the bees (of birds and bees fame). They make honey out of the flowers and blossoms that grow in the region in which they’ve posted their hives. We have sage honey in the southwest of the US, which has a different taste that the buckwheat and clover honey of other regions. It’s still honey and people and bees use it for the same purposes no matter where they are. There’s got to be a way to make dandelion and Echinacea tea taste good - a Universal truth as Aquarian energy loves to point out.

Meanwhile the south lunar node begins passage over a cluster of supermassive black holes in the early degrees of Libra and the latter degrees of Virgo. This is the general direction in which our galaxy, part of a local group of just over thirty galaxies, slowly migrates. The gathering, clustering, collecting potential of these black holes staggers the mind. Since we’re dealing with the nodes, we’ll watch congregations of different types of souls move this way and that way settling in like mind distributions. When that’s all said and done, ambassadors from the various groups can share their views with one another. When this process culminates, the Universe responds with a collective “Hmm.” Hmm is a Universal musing term that cross migrates culture and holiday seasons. The literal translation in the language that I use to write is: Interesting. I’m not there yet, but I hear what you’re saying. And I get that you fully wrap around this idea.

Simply, if you want to give the gift that keeps on giving, give understanding, acceptance and tolerance.

This GT will be brief. I’m soon off to enjoy my fabulous family for what I know will be a truck load of laughter. I am truly blessed to have a collection of funny, witty folks that are all part of the same galactic gene pool as myself. I wish that for everyone.

I wish you and yours the best in this holiday season.
