Philip Sedgwick wrote his first script in 1989 at the prompting of a writer friend. He entered his second script, Neon Cactus, into the Academy Sponsored Nicholl Fellowship and the script was a quarter finalist. Since that time he has penned more than 25 screenplays and conjured up a file drawer full of concepts.
Presently, he and his creative partner in television efforts, Dena Patton, have several other concepts for reality TV being pitched.
Philip will enter the production phase of Thorns From A Rose, a horror thriller, with A 22 Seventeen Productions, who hired him to rewrite the initial script with scriptwriter Byron Browne.
Several scripts are in various stages of the submission process with a growing effort to build a financial package for Twinks.
He's polishing a script and establishing interview attachments for a baseball documentary that addresses baseball history, a grand old ballpark and corporate pollution.
